When I got my position as Vice President of Marketing for the Women’s Business Leaders Association, I was extremely excited to be a part of a team of women who wanted to generate change in the business world for women. During this position, I have been able to act as a mentor to my team including the Director of Media and all of the general members by empowering them to be the best versions of themselves professionally and personally. Also, I have been able to improve the brand strategy for the organization by creating different marketing materials and merchandise designs. I created all of these designs while teaching myself how to use Adobe Illustrator.
