Walmart Aisle Blade & Shelf Lip Program
Marketing Management Trainee, L'Oréal, L'Oréal Paris Hair Care, Brand Activation
I led a cross-functional collaboration with the Creative, Brand Marketing, Permanent Merchandising, and Retail Merchandising teams to develop aisle blades supporting the Elvive bottle renovation across 1,400 Walmart stores, aligning messaging with sustainability goals and brand priorities. This was a strategic execution that bookended all Elvive products on shelf, highlighting the full range of renovated bottles—each redesigned to use less plastic—as part of a unified message to shoppers. This was one of the first times the L'Oreal Paris Hair Care team had permanent merchandise at Walmart.
For Phase 2, we duplicated the same project with the aisle blade with additional education on-shelf at Walmart with a shelf strip, supporting a broader 360° campaign aligned with leadership direction and the marketing team’s sustainability campaign for the Elvive bottle renovation. This project led to an +14% sales lift vs stores without the permanent merchandise.
