I’m a marketing professional currently serving as an Assistant Manager on the Matrix Global Marketing – Hair Color team at L’Oréal, where I help drive global product innovation, portfolio strategy, and go-to-market development.

Since joining L’Oréal through its Marketing Management Trainee program, I’ve gained experience across brand activation, retail strategy, and global marketing, building a well-rounded understanding of the beauty industry from consumer insights to product development and commercialization.

A graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Marketing, I bring a consumer-first, data-driven approach to building brands and identifying opportunities for growth. I’m especially passionate about translating consumer needs into meaningful innovation, championing diverse perspectives, and creating brands that resonate with the people they serve.
